Saigon Street Bowl - 8/31 (6-8 p.m.)
Every Sunday growing up, my aunts and uncles would fire up the grill and fill the yard with the smell of smoky pork and citrus in OC (Orange County, CA). That's where I learned this dish. Today I'm sharing it with you — cold rice vermicelli, char-grilled pork, crispy egg rolls, fresh herbs, and Vietnam's iconic nước chấm sauce. This is Saigon in a bowl.
