Make this Valentine’s Day extra special- create a romantic, delicious meal together!

In this hands-on class, couples (or individuals) will:

• Mix, knead, roll, and shape fresh handmade gnocchi
• Learn a classic creamy vodka sauce
• Toss a crisp, flavorful chopped salad
• Make a decadent chocolate mousse to finish the meal

Then sit down and enjoy everything you’ve made—together.

All ingredients provided

Instructor: Cara Aungst
Cara is a seasoned cooking instructor with Community Partnerships. She has written for Common Ground Magazine, contributed food stories to HappyValley.com and Town&Gown, and runs her own “test kitchen” with her five high school and college kids.
