Step into the heart of Greek cuisine with our Authentic Greek Pita Class, where tradition meets hands-on culinary experience. In this immersive workshop, you’ll learn the art of making pita from scratch, using time-honored techniques passed down through generations straight from your fellow community member.
Every step is guided by Mary Anna- who brings Greek culture and hospitality to life by way of her Arseniu family Greek cooking traditions.
*Mary Anna’s grandfather emigrated from Greece and owned a restaurant on site at 131 West Market Street (site of the new The LEAF learning space) in the mid-20th century!
